Netflix & Hulu USA Issue

Thursday 16th February.......
This is a service update with regards to the current Netflix.com / Hulu.com issues on our USA VPN network. Our team have been working closely with Liberty Shield’s backbone provider and we hope to have a solution deployed on Monday 20th February. Testing is going well however there are still a few more kinks we are working on before releasing.
Obviously in the meantime our UK, Irish, Spanish, German and Swiss VPNs still work with Netflix and you can switch your location from USA to any of the above by logging into our website and updating your location. If you are a VPN router customer you can also update your routers location by logging into our website to switch, you then simply need to power off the router and power it back on.
We apologise for the issues caused.
Wednesday 15th February.......
We are working closely with our network partners to bring a robust solution to our USA VPN network. We hope to have a solution in place shortly.
You can switch country and use other regions for Netflix including UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
We do apologise for any inconvenience and we will update this news item with further updates as we have them.
