VPN Not Connecting on iPhone/iPad

Since the recent iO/S update on Apples mobile platform a number of its devices including, iPhone, iPad and iPods have been effected by networking issues.  If you are unable to connect to our VPN on your Apple device we suggest you firstly confirm that your account is working by connecting to the VPN on a PC or iMac.

The next step is to try updating your routers firmware to the latest version.  Unfortunately our technicians are unable to assist you in this as we do not support routers.  If you contact the router manufacturer direct they will be able to talk you through the update process.  You may also wish to ask them how to change your home network IP range to a new range as many of our customers have had success by doing this.

Failing this we recommend you contact Apple direct to report this problem - http://bugreport.apple.com

We apologies for not being able to connect on your Apple device but this error is outside of our control.
