Router Speed Has Dropped

When it comes to speed issues we always highly recommend you do the following before submitting a support ticket:

 

1.  Power off both routers

2.  Wait a minute then power up your original modem.

3.  Wait at least 5 minutes for this modem to fully boot up.

4.  Power up the VPN router and wait another 3 minutes for this to power up.

 

If this fails to fix the issue then your router may need a re routing request in which case we recommend contacting our support team.
