Admin Access for VPN Router 

Whilst we appreciate some customers may wish to access the localised settings menu on the VPN Router, this is not something we are able to provide.

The VPN Router has been configured with software specific to our VPN network and the manufacturer settings menu is therefore no longer accessible.

Whilst advanced settings such as port forwarding, MTU, NAT etc are not possible; you can edit the SSID name and password in the "Manage Router" section of the account area at

Our aim is to make this process as simple as possible for our customers by taking as much of the technical side as possible away from the process and having a user friendly admin area, to which we are adding new control features to all the time.

In the meantime if you wish to change the WiFi Channel or disable WiFi on your VPN Router please create a support ticket.
