Boxing Day Outage

At 1am approximately on Friday 26h December there was localised routing issue in the UK which effected several of our VPN servers. Regretably during this period some customers would have been unable to access their VPN service.

We worked from early this morning to re-reoute around the problem and believe that the issue will no longer be effecting any customers and full access to your VPN should be restored.

We apologise for any inconvenience at what we appreciate is a busy time for internet use and video streaming in particular.
