Login Details Being Rejected?

If your Proxy / VPN login details are being rejected or failing we recommend you reset both the username and the password from your account area.

This often clears any connection issues without the need to create a support ticket.  It also allows you gain instant access again without having to wait for a support technician to reply to your ticket.

To reset your usenrame and password simply login to our website -

Then click "Change UserID/Password"

You will need to change your access details 1 at a time, so start with your user ID then reset your password.

If your login still fails please feel free to contact our support team via the ticketing system for further advice.
