Login Details Being Rejected?

If your Proxy / VPN login details are being rejected or failing we recommend that you check your account is still active.  You can do this by logging into our website at and if you see an active account yet you still cannot access your VPN or Proxy we suggest you click the "access details" button and double check the server address and the username / password match what you are trying to connect with.
