I get error message in media player: “Sorry, a problem has occurred while connecting to the video. Please refresh this page to try again.”

We have had similar support questions from customers that can access ITV and BBC iPlayer using our service. Yet when they try downloading or accessing from 4OD or Demand FIVE they get rejected.

In all cases they were using Firefox as their browser and when they changed to Internet Explorer this resolved their connection problems.

Finally if UK TV is important for you then you may wish to consider one of our VPN Solutions at which use a slightly different form of routing technology to proxy and will offer greater compatibility for you with their streaming services.
