Is there a limit on the amount of bandwidth I am permitted to use?

This is purely based on the product that you purchase, we have Proxy and VPN prouducts available either with a "30GB Bandwidth per Month" limit or alternatively on an "Unlimited Bandwidth" basis.

How much video content can I stream/download if I’m limited to 30GB per month package?

This essentially depends on the quality of the video streaming you are watching/downloading, for example BBC iPlayer offers streaming in Low-Definition, Standard-Definition and High-Definition. Based on Standard-Definition we would estimate around 40 hours of streaming would be feasible within the 30GB monthly limit.

How do I know my usage and what happens if go over 30GB within a single month?

Our system will automatically notify you of once you reach 25GB within any single calendar month. You can upgrade to “Unlimited Bandwidth” at anytime by logging in to our website and clicking "My Subscriptions" then "Upgrade Subscription".
