This problem is caused by your ISP connection going in to a form of "stand by" mode.  If your connection becomes idle often your ISP automatically disconnects your connection temporarily.  This is not normally noticed as when you do begin browsing your ISP automatically reconnects your connection to your modem/router.


However now that you are connected to our third party proxy if your connection goes into standby you will need to reconnect to the proxy, hence the login prompt which is perfectly normal.

If you or your ISP are unable to resolve this issue and it becomes problematic then you may wish to consider one of our VPN Solutions at which use a slightly different form of routing technology and may offer greater compatibility for you with your ISP and/or computer security settings.
