If you still have connection issues please login to our website at -

Firstly please check your subscription is still active.  If it is we suggest your change your login username.  To do this simply click "change user ID / Password" we suggest you change your user ID to something completely new and this will automatically reset your account.

 If this doesn't resolve your connection issue please send our support staff a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
