Connectivity issues on Thursday 4th March 2010
The London area is currently being affected by periodic telecom routing problems. Unfortunately this issue is completely outside our direct control.
We understand that this is currently affecting connections too and from our UK Proxy servers for some international users outside the UK. The data centre and telecom provider are aware of this issue and are working to resolve the problem.
Our VPN servers remain unaffected.
Please be advised telecom routing issues in London are very rare indeed and this is not a reflection of what is normally a very reliable UK telecom infrastructure.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
