This morning (Thursday 4th March) our UK Proxy customers were affected by periodic telecom routing problems.
This issue has now been resolved and these routing issues were completely outside our direct control.
We understand they affected connections too and from our UK Proxy server for some international users outside the UK. The data centre and telecom provider were immediately aware of this issue and managed to resolve the connection issues.
Please be advised telecom routing issues in the UK are very rare indeed and this is not a reflection of what is normally a very reliable UK telecom infrastructure.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but assure you the matter was completely outside our control.
