 IP Range Changes - UK Customers (Work Complete)

Details Some UK Proxy and UK VPN users may need to change the IP address in their settings.

As part of our planned infrastructure upgrade our engineers have successfully transferred a number of accounts from one of our Glasgow based servers to our new data center in Maidstone.


PROXY CUSTOMERS ONLY

We have closed the following UK Proxy IP Ranges:

87.117.217.XX - Terminated
78.129.247.XX - Terminated

Please now update these redundant IP addresses with any of these new IP's:

83.170.113.116 - Active Now
77.68.37.101 - Active Now
84.234.17.104 - Active Now

The port numbers have not changed.


VPN CUSTOMERS ONLY

We have also closed the following UK VPN IP Ranges:

87.117.217.XX - Terminated
78.129.242.XX - Terminated

Please now update these redundant IP addresses with any of these new IP's:

83.170.113.128 - Active Now
77.68.104.168 - Active Now
77.68.104.170 - Active Now
84.234.16.101 - Active Now


OPEN VPN USERS

If you use our Open VPN application please uninstall* and re install using our latest version available for free download here - http://helpdesk.scothosts.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=2&pcid=1&nav=0,1

*It is important that you uninstall and then reinstall. If you do not and you opt to do an "over the top" install you will not replace the config files.
