We are aware that customers appear to be having problems using the tvcatchup.com website.
Obviously tvcatchup.com is not a service we provide directly and we cannot speak for what any third party websites do with their streaming technology. However, we do understand that their service does block Proxy and VPN users from time to time in order to reduce traffic and streaming demands/costs on their servers. It is our belief that to achieve this form of blocking they merely set their system to accept IP addresses from mainstream UK ISP's only such as BT, Virgin Media, Tiscali, TalkTalk etc.
If UK TV streaming (other than the options provided on the official broadcaster websites) is important for you then you may wish to consider one of our VPN Solutions at
http://www.ukproxyserver.co.uk/vpn-solutions
which offers compatibility with several other UK TV websites, please visit
http://www.ukproxyserver.co.uk/info/uk-tv-streaming
for more information.
